The room was beautiful and so was the lake view. The room had a balcony that faced the backside of the lake. My disappointment was that the refrigerator was not working, so my leftover lunch was ruined. And I walked to the Spa, to book a massage and the spa receptionist informed me the spa was under renovations. I would've like have known before booking that the spa was not available for services. However, the mgr and staff was pleasant and accommodating, and sent someone to replace the refrigerator immediately and gave me a voucher for brunch. I really appreciated the resolve. The hotel grounds and atmosphere was absolutely beautiful!

The hotel was really nice. I’ll be staying again when I return for work. I liked that the Village with more affordable restaurants was practically part of the resort.

The property is beautiful and your staff is stable, friendly, and welcoming. I love the restaurant both in and those around the hotel. Parking is free and available. Your bar room staff were fantastic!

Great location. Not far from Las Vegas or the airport but peaceful and away from all the bustle. Lots of options for local restaurants given the small village on site too. Staff all friendly and helpful. Lovely spa and pool, and good sized room. Food at the hotel bar really lovely.

The front desk staff was so sweet, easy check in. Also the location is great, away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was clean and the property is beautiful. Also, Sharon in Lost Prevention helped me find my prescription glasses and was so kind the whole interaction.
